Dana is a full-time metalsmith, wife, and mother of two daughters in Jacksonville, Florida. She began creating jewelry in the year 2000 while in college majoring in Communications/Advertising (with a minor in Social Welfare). Since those years, she has transitioned from beadwork to resin jewelry featuring vintage maps to now metalsmithing. She enjoys the process of creating jewelry from beginning to end featuring personalized messages or setting gemstones with meaning. She has been featured in Bead Trends Magazine, Southern Lady Magazine, Jacksonville Magazine’s Bride, Parents.com and Etsy's very own Quit Your Day Job series.
Dana is deeply inspired by nature, especially the ocean. Turquoise is one of her favorite stones because of the varying blues. Each piece is created one at a time by hand with its own unique story and one-of-a-kind attention to detail. Slow-made jewelry for your journey designed and created by a one-woman-owned business.
