This beautiful piece of turquoise reminds me of the tide pools at the beach that my two girls love to play and jump in. It features an absolutely stunning teal-colored background that truly is representative of the purest turquoise color and is surrounded by tiny islands of a beautiful sand color.
The ocean has always been a source of calm comfort for me, hence the hand-stamped words Ocean Child on the side of the stone. Being the Florida girl that I am I included a few of my favorite things on the back of this ring which includes the state of Florida, a wave, a moon, and a tiny star as a reminder of nightly beach walks.
This ring is a size 6 and is not adjustable.
I hand sawed the solid sterling silver backplate for the turquoise, added design stamps, soldered the fine silver bezel, and added the hammered ring band to it.
